On the wharf at Sainte Catherine located after the second lock on the Saint Lawrence Seaway, Servichem Inc. is equipped with modern port facilities, including 4,000 feet (1,220 meters) of dock along with efficient and well-adapted loading/unloading equipment.

Our infrastructure includes the following:

• 300,000 tons of open-air, paved warehousing with over half accessible to self-unloading ships;
• 50,000 tons of covered storage with 30,000 tons accessible to self-unloading ships;
• 10,000 feet (3,000 meters) of rail siding for the reception of up to 60 railcars;
• 4,000 feet (1,220 meters) of dock with 26 feet of draft (8 meters);
• 6 unloading sites with a possibility of transloading over 5,000 tons of merchandise per day;
• 3 truck scales to weigh all cargo at entry and/or exit. The scales are inspected and approved by Weights and Measures Canada.
