Besides possessing equipment adapted to your needs such as hoisting cranes and intermodal facilities, our competent team guarantees a job well done within the established timeframe.
Within a major infrastructure project or plant assembly, Porlier Express services include assembly and disassembly of production equipment, hoisting and transportation of equipment and management of JIT “just in time” distribution of necessary equipment.

The handling/transformation services provided by Porlier Express are part of an integrated service offer which includes stevedoring, handling and transformation, warehousing and specialized transportation of cargo from its terminal facilities La Relance and Pointe-aux-Basques located at the port of Sept-Îles and Port Cartier.
Cranes and hoisting equipment
Porlier Express possesses and provides its customers with the following:
- boom truck: 14 tons, 25 tons, 28 tons, 30 tons;
- hydraulic cranes (all-terrain): 60 tons, 80 tons;
- conventional crane on wheels: 50 tons;
- port crane: 110 tons;
- loader/ tools: 15 tons;
- conventional loader: 12-15 tons;
- fork lift: 3,000 lbs, 5,000 lbs, 15,000 lbs, 18,000 lbs.
In general, Porlier Express rents hoisting services with an operator. Porlier Express may, by its agreements with business partners, operate and rent cranes with a capacity up to 400 tons.
